Cuba is a safe destination (unless you include hurricanes). But yeah, I don’t think I will be updating my CUBA travels til I return to Mexico … as internet for tourists is either very slow or VERY expensive, and for your average Cuban the web is not easily accessible. But who knows … things may have changed?
