Prisoners have rights and deserve to be treated fairly and humanely, just like everyone else. Many of them are not truly bad people (and some of them are), just people that have happened to have made a mistake in their life.

I thought you’d like to know that these prison tours ultimately ended in a mutiny on 26 March 2009 and 150 kids who live in the prison were teargassed along with their inmate parents. http://www.boliviabella.com/san-pedro-prison-tour.html

makes me so jealous, ,when we were traveling through la paz we werent allowed to enter, we kept getting promises for the following day, which ultimately delayed us for a week. . good read cheers craig
